Where is my order?

Your order is on its way. Please track your item at usps.com with the tracking number provided.

 

How do I return an item?

Please ship item at  your local postal service.

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items returned must have original tags & be unworn, unwashed. No stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable nor will an exchange be available.
  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable nor will an exchange be available.
  • All exclusive vintage products are non-returnable nor will an exchange be available.
  • We do not accept and will not process international returns.
  • ACI NAE does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

    I’m missing an item, what do I do?

    Please email us at sales@acinae.com

     

    How can I change my name or address on an order?

    Please email us with you order/confirmation number and updated information. Our team will be happy to make that change for you.

     

    What happens if I receive a faulty item?

    We will be happy to  replace that item with a new one. We ask you send us photos of  damaged or incorrect items for our reference.

      

    What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at sales@acinae.com . Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

     

    I did not receive my confirmation order number. What should i do?

    Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24- 48 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 48 hours, please contact us at sales@acinae.com  with your inquiry

     

    I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

    We aim to respond to all E-mails within 24-48

    hours.

     

    What if my Vintage garment don't  not fit ?

    All vintage pieces are not sized the same. Each piece has been hand selected for the site and is non returnable or refundable.

     

    My Vintage piece damaged easy and has an imperfection.

    When you purchase vintage clothing you are buying a piece of history. Vintage clothing has had a prior life and, like most of us, is neither perfect nor pristine. This history is what gives it character! Even unworn items have been stored “somewhere” for at least the past 20 years. These items can be  delicate so please be treat your garment with respect.

     

    What if I want to cancel or modify my Order?

    Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to sales@acinae.com We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order before it ships. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.
